The traditional PCBA board circuit board is manually divided by manual, the stress is large, and the board and parts are easily damaged. In the later stage, the V-CUT splitter was developed, and the straight-line splitting was performed through the V slot, which was not flexible.

The PCBA circuit board splitter drives the milling cutter clamped on it to rotate at a high speed through a high-speed electric spindle to realize stress-free automatic circuit board segmentation. Mainly according to the design path (straight line, arc, curve), the entire PCBA circuit board is divided into small boards and board edges. The rear end of the PCBA circuit board splitter is equipped with an automatic board closing machine, which can establish an unmanned intelligent "PCBA circuit board" splitting integrated line to achieve the purpose of automatic board loading, board splitting and board closing.

The automatic production line for PCBA circuit board sub-board mainly includes: board loading machine, online sub-board machine, automatic unloading machine and other equipment, which completes the collection of upper board, sub-board, lower board and board edge of PCBA circuit board, and supports product traceability and upload. 1. High-speed spindle: The high-speed motorized spindle adopts the imported spindle motor widely used in high-end splitting machines in the industry. The spindle has a high speed (60000rpm/min), long service life, convenient loading and unloading, and smooth cutting surface without burrs. And supporting the original spindle frequency converter, so that the spindle motor has a longer service life, a higher cutting force distance, and the lowest temperature rise effect.

2. Vision system: high-pixel color CCD and large magnification lens, which can assist program teaching and editing simulation functions. The automatic MARK positioning correction system can improve the cutting accuracy, prevent the board from being cut in place and accidentally cut the substrate, and copy the left and right programs and switch models more quickly. The barcode reading function can be selected to realize the reading and saving or uploading of 1D/2D barcodes, which is convenient for traceability and digital management.

3. Carrier positioning: PCBA circuit board realizes high-precision cutting, with fool-proof inspection, and the performance of the line body is stable and reliable.
